Solutions
A customer tries to explore services on their phone. The text is tiny, the menu is hidden, and images spill off the screen. Frustrated, they leave and never return.
70% of our traffic was mobile, but we were treating them like second-class users.
The company’s core color palette is not reflected in the interface, and users can’t visually associate the product with the brand.
Users reach a point of interest but don’t know what to do next.
Progress is halted because guidance toward the goal (e.g., submit, contact us) is not provided properly.
Redesigned the site with a mobile first approach, ensuring layouts adapt seamlessly across devices and screen sizes. Navigation, typography, and imagery were optimized for mobile usability. Touch targets were enlarged, menus were restructured into accessible mobile formats, and performance enhancements were applied for faster load times on mobile networks.
Infused the brand’s visual identity into the interface by applying its core color palette, typography, and iconography consistently across all screens. Key UI components were redesigned to reflect the brand’s personality — from button styles and backgrounds to hover states and feedback animations. Additionally, we aligned imagery, tone of voice, and layout spacing with existing brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive experience. This strengthened brand recognition, created a more immersive user experience, and reinforced trust and authenticity.
Visual hierarchy and consistent placement were used to make CTAs easily discoverable. We implemented a structured CTA strategy by identifying key decision points in the user journey and placing prominent, action-oriented buttons with clear labels such as “Learn more,” “Continue,” or “Submit.” Each page or screen now includes a clear next step, reinforced by contextual cues and supportive microcopy. This guided users toward completing actions, improved engagement flow, and significantly reduced task abandonment.
